Sam is currently Executive Vice President of Business Development at Logistic Solutions Inc(LSI), as well as Chief Technical Officer of Immigration Works, providing leadership in LSI's Secure Solutions practice, where Biometric technology and Internet technology are leveraged to provide high-end network and physical security applications. As CTO of Immigration Works, Sam provides leadership in program management, Marketing and Sales, and deployment of a leading edge internet application, that automates the Immigration application process and provides sophisticated Case Management capabilities to law firms, corporations and government entities.
His assignments took him from AT & T Bell Labs in New Jersey to the Netherlands in Europe to various countries in the Middle East and the Gulf, most recently as the Regional Director of Operations for Lucent for Middle East and Africa .
Sam holds several degrees in Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Program Management and Business Management from Syracuse University , University of Cincinnati and George Washington University , including and Executive Development program with University of Indiana and INSEAD (Paris). He has worked in various Engineering and management roles at General Electric, Electronic Associates Inc (EAI), and Combustion Engineering. He is also a certified PMP Program Management Professional.
